How Coaching Works

Here’s what happens during a month of raw food coaching:

  • Weekly Skype/Phone Calls: This is the focus of our coaching. I’ll answer any questions you have, help with challenges, celebrate little and big victories with you, and support you however you need.
  • Daily Email SupportYou’ll send me food/exercise/water/sleep logs, as well as any questions that come up during the week.
  • Meal Planning: We’ll get as specific as we need to about what to eat, when to eat, and how much, as well as discussing your best options for good fruit in your local area.
  • Raw Food On A Budget: We’ll find a way to make raw food work for your lifestyle and finances.
  • Social Situations: We can address the awkwardness that can come with eating differently in public or around friends and family.
  • You’ve Got My Full-On Attention!!!  I take on a limited number of clients at a time to make sure you get the attention you need.

I value my time and expertise for raw food coaching at $500/month. My insights on raw food, lifestyle, and philosophy are unique to me, and I’ve seen how helpful they are to my clients.
